OVERVIEW

The A&T 2026 is a next-generation automated system designed for metalens-based camera module assembly and testing. It integrates precision XYZ pick-and-place motion, dual-vision alignment, and comprehensive optical–electrical testing within a compact production footprint. Engineered for cleanroom environments, the A&T 2026 achieves sub-10 µm lateral positioning repeatability and a throughput of up to 200 units/hour under continuous automated operation (excludes tray loading/unloading), providing manufacturers with consistent quality and reliable process performance.

KEY FEATURES

ASSEMBLY PLATFORM

  • Three precision assembly stations, each equipped with:
    1. - XYZ pick-and-place motion stage for high-accuracy component handling
    2. - Flipper module for dual-side assembly operations
      1. - Programmable to enable or disable depending on the incoming component
    3. - High-precision vision alignment for accurate component placement
    4. - 2 components handled per station
  • Supports shared input trays for compatible components (minor impact on throughput)
  • Cleanroom-compatible design — Class 10K with ESD-safe construction and optional HEPA filtration

OPTICAL & ELECTRICAL TESTING

Integrated optical test module supports both Visible (VIS) and Near-Infrared (NIR) performance evaluation under controlled illumination
