Mr Thng Chong Kim is currently the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Group. As part of the Group's succession planning, the management of the Company has recommended the cessation of Mr Thng Chong Kim as CEO of the Company, in view of the promotion of Mr Aloysius Chua Hao Peng to Executive Director and CEO of the Company, with effect from 1 March 2026.
Mr Thng Chong Kim will remain as the Executive Chairman of the Company and will continue to be responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and business development of the Group.
